By Steve Williams
Staff Writer
"Women Artists on Campus" is the title
of an art exhibit and workshops at Clack
amas Community College Dec. 6 through
10.
Five local artists, Barbara Zusman, Chris
Jiebmann/Sadie LaRue (she is currently
changing to a professional name), Linda
Davis Coghill, Bonnie Bronson and Judy
Cooke, will all be present at a public re
ception Monday, Dec. 6, at 7 p.m.
After the reception, a forum discussion
will be held from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. as the
artists discuss and inform the public on the
subject of "Women Artists Today". The
discussion will reveal problems some artists
face and rewards they share.
Besides the week-long exhibit, each artist
will conduct a workshop in her specialty
on a separate day of the week.
On Dec. 6 from 3 to 5 p.m. Zusman
will conduct her workshop on paper pulp/
mixed media art. Sculpture with mixed fiber
(yarn) and drawings will be the subject of
the Jiebmann/LaRue workshop from noon
to 2 p.m. Dec. 7. Coghill's workshop on
