Services offered CCC students Transportation this year to Clackamas •nmunity College on Tri-Met busses should basically the same as last year with the :eption of a few schedule changes. These changes go into effect on September , jjjst one day before classes begin. The n bus schedules are now available in the dent center for those students who ride i bus and would like to check-up on the ledule changes. For those students with small children io would be interested in utilizing the day e facilities on campus there are two dif- ent programs available. The first, child velopment and basic educational training iter for long term daily care of children tween the ages of 3 and 6, is for full time idents attending CCC. In this program the ildren are required to attend the center >m 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. The cost is . per week which includes lunch and two acks each day. If a student is unable to ford the cost, lower prices are available ' contacting Dick Thompson in the fin- cial aid office. Any students interested the child development program can get additional information from Eric Mihata, ext. 234. The second program available is a drop- in center for short term care of three hours or less each day. Children attending the drop in center must be between 3 months and 6 years old. The cost is $.60 per day which includes snacks. For more information con tact Karen George, ext. 326. Any students interested in applying for financial aid that haven't already done so should contact the financial aid office im mediately. There are also work-study and part-time jobs available on campus through the job placement center. There's never a dull moment at CCC so any students finding themselves bored by the tedium of school can try looking into some of the activities happening on campus this year. There is a barrage of intramural sports for both men and women again this year. For information on any or all of these sports contact Les Tipton in the Art depart ment. For students who aren't jocks at heart there are several active clubs on campus ranging from Ouy Ka Lah to Phi Beta Lambda.
