In this first Sports Insert, we have tried to review the past and preview the future for the men’s and women’s basketball teams and the wrestling team. In review, Jerry Ulmer, Mark Borrelli, Michael Walker, and I have attempted to give you the basis of how each team got to where they are at this point in the season and what key elements played the major factors in getting there. In preview, we’ve tried to mix some things that have happened to these teams in the past, with their roles in the playoffs this season and tell you a little about how the teams and athletes are preparing. We’ve also provided personality profiles of the coaches of the three sports to give you the background of the guys who are running the show for Clackamas. What sports review/preview insert would be complete without statistics and standings. Therefore, we have devoted the bulk of this page to our scoreboard. It’s been fun and most of the time exciting watching and reporting Clackamas sports this season. With that all I have left to say is that I hope you enjoy this special insert of Clackamas’ winter sports as much as we’ve enjoyed bringing it to,you.
