be $1 for students with College
I.D., and $2 for all others/it
will take place in the Com-
munity Center Mall.
Dancing ghosts haunt
The College beginning
modern dance class will per­
form the second annual
“Haunt Your Library” this
month.
Scheduled to take place in
the library’s study area, the per­
formance will take place Oct.
30 at 8 p.m. and Oct. 31 at
noon.
“Dance and movement to
explore literate themes are the
goals of modern dance,” ac­
cording to Jane Rickenbaugh,
College dance instructor. “Por­
traying meanings through dan-
movement. sound and
speaking” is what the art form
is all about.
The choreography and script
will be the original creation of
Rickenbaugh, with percussion
accompaniament by Donna
Steger.
“We might have a reading of
Edgar Allen Poe’s ‘The
Raven’,” commented Ricken­
baugh .
The performance is not
limited to children’s entertain­
ment. It will be designed for the
enjoyment of all. Trick or treats
will also be available.
