LONG BEACH — Two real estate agents
from Realty One Group Pacifica in Long Beach,
Washington won awards from marketing plat-
form RateMyAgent.
Lesley Ferguson and Doug Knutzen are two
of the 10 winners of the 2021 Agents of the
Year Award for Washington state.
The awards are based on client reviews for
customer service. In the past, US Agent of the
Year Awards were based on transactions and
sales volume, but this year, it became the first
industry-wide awards program that primar-
ily considers quality review data and customer
satisfaction. This change was meant to reflect
a focus on improving the experience for the
client.
