to which he is opposed. He declared
t h a t tin* c o u n ty should be out of debt
and t h a t it should lx* run on a cash
basis. He said t h a t tin* de linque nt tax
list is in cre as in g ly ste ad ily , but in ref
u t a tio n Hh«*riff F re d G. Htickels pre
pared a s t a t e m e n t of delinquent tax«*s.

for a n y one y e a r a r e collected up to
