Practically all merchants and business concerns in Cottage Grove have assisted in effecting improvements at the fair grounds or in actively participating in the fair itself. The Western Oregon Exposition has definitely become that for which we have been most desirous-—a community Members of the fair board are also extremely grate ful for the personal assistance in the form of volunteer labor on the erection of the fair building and to those or ganizations which have erected their own permanent booths in the fun fait area. It is hoped that all residents of this area and many outside visitors will turn out and give the fair the support which I feel it deserves.
