Oregon, until 8:00 pm. on the 16th day of July, 1956. and then will be publicly opened and read. This work consists of excavation, construction o( concrete curb and gutter, 6 inch rock base and 2 inch asphaltic concrete pavement for | a distance of 353.8 feet and width of 30 feet on "P" Street between Bhyant Avenue and Clark Avenue. Specifications, plans and bidding blanks may be obtained at the Of fice of the City Recorder. Cottage Grove. Oregon. Bidders must tie prequalified in accordance with the laws of Oregon. Each proposal must be submitted on the pre scribed form and accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Cottage Grove, in an amount not less than ten per cent (10C<- > of the amount bid.
