Bethlehem." "Joy To The World,
and "Jingle Bells” will be heard
through the halls on Friday. De
cember 22. On that day the en
tire student body will gather
around the big decorated tree in
the library and give' forth with
their best singing.
Mrs. Nell Hergert, choir direc
tor. and the choir will lead a ser
pentine starting from the cafe
teria. Choir members will lead the
group in singing such Christmas
carols as “O, Come all Ye Faith
ful." “The First Noel." "Deck the
Hall,” and "White Christmas.".
Following this, school will be
dismissed until Tuesday, January

Mr. Ciochetti's Spanish class
had a spelling bee the other day
with the boys pitted against the
girls.
They spelled Spanish words us
ing the Spanish alphabet. The
boys beat the girls by one point—
the bell rang.
