September 20 at 2p.m. at Smith’s
Funeral Cha|X'l. Interments was
in Rest Haven Memorial Park,
Eugene. The Rev. Clark Enz offi
ciated.
Mr Henery passed away early
Sunday morning. September 17, in
a Eugene hospital following a
short illness. He was born in
Wheeler, Texas, April 11, 1905, and
married Irene Adams in Carson
City, Nev., January 19, 19-17. They
had made their home in Cottage
Grove since May of 1947, coming
here from Merced. Calif. He was
a member of the Metluxiist
church.
Survivors include his widow;
three step-sons, William Morris
Adams, Clarence Adams and L. C
Adams; and two nieces in Cali
forma.

Edna Danstrom Hawk, 19, for-
mer resident of Creswell, died rv-
cently at her home at Camas,
Wash. She came to Creswell in
1906, and went through Creswell
schools. She Was the daughter of
N. P. Danstrom, Cn-swcll.
Also surviving are a sister, Mrs.
D. E. Rhinehart, and a brother,
Walter, both of Creswell; Kenneth
Danstrom und Mrs. W. H. Dillard,
Eugene, also her brother and sis
ter; her widower, three children
and two other sisters.
At the time of her death she
was president of the Veterans of
Foreign Wars auxiliary and active
in other club and civic affairs.
Services were conducted at
