When Bligntiy thickened, fold in #1 can shrimp. Drain #2 ean grapefruit sections (uso juice) and dice. Fold into shrimp mixture with 2 tbsp, chop ped green pepper. Turn into qt mold or 0 individual molds, chill until firm. Servo with mayonnaise. For a store-well potato salad that makes mighty fine faro for 8, mix 2 c. diced cooked potatoes, ono c. diced celery, one c. diced cucum ber nnd 2 diced hard-cooked eggs. Blend % c. mnyonnnise, tsp. grated onion, '-i tsp. salt ind % tsp. pep per. Add to pota'j mixture. Toss together lightly ■; ith fork. Stors in covered container and chill.
