15 1942, in said school district, for the purpose of submitting to the legal voters
fiscal school year, beginning July 1, 1942. and ending June 30th, 1943, hereinafter set forth
of said district the question of increasing the tux levy for the vein- ttogmiung July I 1912 and ending
June 30, 1943, over the amount limited by section 11. article XI. of the Constitution of Oregon
The ivasons for increasing such levy are: le v ie s for the throe preceding .years were decreased on
