State employment offices should be consulted in case o f questions. The notices may be used to in itia te jobless claims at these offices. Average w eekly payments to to ta lly unemployed w orkers have risen from $12.38 to $13.25 re­ cently. w hile p a rtia l payments have increased from $7.90 to $8.51 a week.
