A total of $44,954.60 of state
tax funds was distributed to the
counties of the state by the secre­
tary of state recently, It was an­
nounced today. The money is for
the purpose of maintaining county
fairs and results from a state levy
of one-twentieth of a m ill upon
taxable property in the various
counties.
