property, made and entered by
the County Court of Lane Coun­
ty, Oregon. November 22nd, 1939,
in the matter of the Guardianship
in Lane County, Oregon, of the
person and estate of Arthur Whit­
lock Jr„ a Minor, the undersign­
ed, Harold A. Whitlock, the duly
appointed, qualified and acting
general guardian, of said minor
