Valley Ass’n Rodeo, Horse Show, Headline Attractions at Pacific International Livestock Exposition October 7-14 The Willamette River Basin Commission has authorized their executive secretary, R. H. Kipp, to attend the 21st annual meet ing of the Mississippi Valley as sociation, which will be held in St. Louis, Missouri, October 16th and 17th. Mr. Kipp will leave the night of October 11th and arrive for advance conference held on the 15th. For 20 years the Mississippi Valley association has held their annual meetings just prior to Thanksgiving and Mr. Kipp at tended most of them representing the Columbia Valley association also the Willamette Valley Pro ject committee.
