^Printing Prices y lrc L o w
in Cottage Grove
& It is the inclination of nearly everyone to wish to pa
tronize a business in his own community, especially
when prices and quality are comparable to those that
obtain elsewhere.
<bSo far as printing is concerned, Cottage Grove has a
plant that is able to produce the same quality work
that can be produced in Eugene or Portland, and pro
duces quality printing at prices comparable to those
ehargeil in either of those cities.
® In th ese days of mass production there are those in
every line of manufacturing that are able to produce
some things at a lower cost than the small manufac
turing plant in a small city.
$ That is true so far as certain kinds of printing are con
cerned. Costs of the so-called “ gang” printer are lower
than those of the small shop, although the small shop
could easily compete if he were able to specialize, as
the “ gang” printers are able to do.
O ln Cottage Grove this kind of competition has been met
by the Home Print Shop by arrangements with manu
facturers that leave a small commission for the home
shop.
* In eases in which competition can not be met by the
Home Print Shop, it usually will be found that the
printing is of an inferior quality. The Home Print
Shop is not able to compete with bedroom printshops
in far-away cities that have no overhead ami maintain
no pyrolls, hut it has found that it usually can compete
with those that have expensive equipment, a reason
able overhead and maintain a payroll.
# Printing prices generally have been reduced during
the time that practically everything that goes into pro
ducing printing has advanced, including wages, rents,
paper ad ink.
<|Your Home Print Shop is doing its part to keep the
printing business in Cottage (trove.
r4livays give your Home Print Shop first chance.
