enough of this mixture to just cov­
er the bottom of a ring mold
which has been dipped ln cold wa­
ter. When gelatin is firm, arrange
prunes, cut into strips, over IL
Pour over the rest of the gelatin
mixture with the pineapple and
carrot added to it. When firm, re­
move from ring and fill center
with sweetened whipped cream and
sugared orange sections.
