C harles C ochran is one o f the
ra r e r m usicians, a co rn et virtuoso.
He used to plav in th e E ugene band
in th e early 90's. He w ent to the
P hilippines as a n arm y band m usi
cian. A fter the w ar w as over, he
retu rn ed to E ugene and nlaved with
the F o u rth reg im en t m ilitia band.
He looks back also on service u n
