For loss of life by the wrecking or disablement of s rail
road passenger car or street, elevated or underground
railway car, passenger steamship or steam boat.
For loss of both hands, or both feet, or sight of both eyes,
or loss of one hand and one foot, or one hand and sight
of one eye, or one foot and sight of one eye, in
specified in Part I of policy; or pays $1000 for similar
losses in manner prescribed in Part H of policy.
Pays $3,750
For loss of either hand, or either foot, or sight of eitbar
eye in manner prescribed in Part I of policy, or pays
$500 for similar losses in manner prescribed in Part U of
policy.

For loss of life in wreck of pablio omnibus, taxicab or
auto stage or in wrecking or disablement of a passenger
elevator or in wrecking of a private automobile or pri­
vate horse drawn vehicle of the exclusively pleasure type,
or by being struck or knocked down while walking on a
ublic highway by a moving vehicle, or being struck by
ghtning, cyclone or tornado, collapse of onter walls of
any builtfing, in the burning of any chnrch, theatre, libra­
ry, school or municipal building.

For injuries sustained in any manner specified in polloy
which shall not prove fatal bat shall immediately, son-
tinaously and wholly prevent the Insured from perfems»
ing each and every duty pertaining to any and every
kind of business (as specified in the policy) bat not ex­
ceeding 15 consecutive weeks.
Emergency Benefit Registration
Identification and Financial Aid
The Company will register the person insured, and if in­
sured shsdl, by reason of injui-v, be physically unable to
communicate with relatives or friends and in a condition
requiring identification, the company will, upon receipt
of message giving policy number, immediately transmit
to such relatives or friends as may be known to it any
information respecting the insured and will defray all ex­
penses to put the insured in communication with and in
the care of relatives or friends, provided such expense
shall not exceed the sum of One Hundred Dollars.
