We should be proud to live on a

stayed on the farm and attended to
business.
It Is not a hard Job to m ilk cows
and care for stock if we take an
interest in our work and get our
heads in the game. We w ill find
that all work is drudgery unless we
like It, put the best we have Into It,
and use intelligence.

Fresh Strawberry Mouzae.
Two cups crushed strawberries,
one tablespoon lemon Juice, one cup
sugar (scant), two teaspoons gela­
tine. one cup whipping cream.
Soak gelatine in 2 tablespoons
cold water and melt over hot wa­
ter. Allow crushed strawberries to
stand in sugar for a short time, add
lemon Juice and gelatine and com­
bine with a small amount of s tiff­
ly beaten cream. Place in one of
the icemaking trays, allow to freeze
from
