Fresh Strawberry Mouzae. Two cups crushed strawberries, one tablespoon lemon Juice, one cup sugar (scant), two teaspoons gela tine. one cup whipping cream. Soak gelatine in 2 tablespoons cold water and melt over hot wa ter. Allow crushed strawberries to stand in sugar for a short time, add lemon Juice and gelatine and com bine with a small amount of s tiff ly beaten cream.
