Misses Laura and Sarah Riley were guests of honor at a sur- prise party given at the Mrs. Amanda Sears home Saturday eve- ning. A very pleasant time was spent with about for^y young people present. Mrs. Ellis left Thursday night for Lakeview upon receipt of a telegram announcing the serious ill ness of her daughter living there. Mr. and Mrs. W. D.
