S.—Tom Mur ray, escaped convict, was picked up by the police in Butte. Mont., yes terday and is being held there for the Oregon authorities. Murray and and Eugene Kidder escaped from the prison two Weeks ago by cut ting the bars across the outlet of a flume where it emerges under the wall of the prison yard.
