R. R. Co.’s right of way, thence South 28% degrees West 22 feet, more or less, or to a point West of beginning, thence East to the place of beginning. Also begin at the Southwest corner of said Claim No. 55, run thence North 46 feet, more or less, to Easterly line of O. & C. R. R. Co.’s right of way, thence North 28 degrees 30' East along said easterly line of right of way 108 feet 9 inches to a point, thence North 28 degrees 30' East along said line 200 feet to a point, thence North 28 degrees 30' East along said line 40 feet, thence South 61 degrees 30' East 100 feet to a point, thence South 61 degrees 30' East 55 feet 7 inches to the northerly line of the Oregon Southeastern Railway Company’s right of way, thence southwesterly along said line of said right of way and continuing along the same in a southwesterly direction to a point due cast of the place of beginning, and thence West 83 feet, more or less, to the place ot beginning, in Imne County, State of Oregon, and every part thereof, and tiiat the* defendants have not, nor have either of them, any right, title or interest whatsoever in and to the said premises, or any part thereof, and that the title of plain­ tiff in and to said premises, and every part thereof, be quieted as against the said defendants, and each of them, and all other persons or parties unknown, claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real estate described in the complaint herein; and that plain­ tiffs have such other and further relief herein as to the court may seem just and equitable.
