The Vernonia School District is once again
sponsoring the Summer Meals Program for the Vernonia
community. Children up to age 18 can receive a free meal
between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm Monday through Friday at
the Grace Family Fellowship; adults can purchase lunch for
just $3.75. The program is run by Kathy Meyer with help
from some very dedicated volunteers, including several
Vernonia High School students who are working as part of
a summer internship program.
