Aries
(March
21-April 19) Think
about financial initia-
tives with care and clarity. There is potential for
achievement and increased earnings. You have
the ability to get what you want, but with difficult
planet placements, frustrations and failures will
pop up. Romantic experiments could bring sur-
prises. Take care of medical issues.
Taurus (April 20-May 20) Take it easy and think
twice before doing anything. A love from the past
may resurface. Things could get complicated.
Good communication is essential. You feel a push
to reach goals. Collaborations and partnerships
are spotlighted until the 20th. Financial matters
become difficult. Slow down and show modera-
tion.
Gemini (May 21-June 20) Couples may “walk
through fire,” this month, but it will make the rela-
tionship stronger. In order to succeed, find allies,
work as a team, use all of your connections! Pro-
mote a special talent or something you are pas-
sionate about. After the 10th your body is weak-
ened. Surround yourself with upbeat people.
Cancer (June 21-July 22) Goals achieved this
month bring both recognition and money. A favor-
able month for climbing the ladder and asserting
yourself. It is important to you that your loved one
be serious, hard working, and aid you in building a
home. Mix humor and spontaneity into your rela-
tionships to ease stress.
Leo (July 23- Aug. 22) This is an annoying month
for Leos. With a lot of energy and competitiveness,
conflicts are easily ignited. The first two weeks of
April may come with delays and misunderstand-
ings. If things get crazy within relationships, relax,
they will work out after a couple weeks. Watch
your spending!
Virgo (Aug. 23- Sept. 22) Hang on! Tests center
around home, family, property, money and busi-
ness. All documents need to be treated with the
utmost attention. Calculations need checked and
rechecked. Energy may be low so exercise to re-
lax mentally. Relationships begin to soften after
the 15th. Be careful of your critical mind.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) April may not start out
too well. There’s a crisis for couples. Your partner-
ship may be going through something or there are
concerns about joint finances and responsibilities.
Treat any health issues seriously, no matter how
small they seem. Keep your accounting in order
for money may slip through your fingers.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21) Energy levels may be
high. Careful, a tendency to push things
too far may play a role in relationship
upsets. Things will get better, but you
may still not get the satisfaction you are
hoping for. Recognition, appreciation
and more freedom are yours the first
two weeks of April. Take up a hobby for
relaxation.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) April
isn’t a comfortable month, dear Sagit-
tarius. Maybe it’s time to take on some
responsibilities or settle down. Think
things through, analyze, research and
meditate to aid your progress. It is a
good time to re-evaluate or return to old
projects. Take care of your health. You
know the issue already.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) Recon-
nect with old workmates and friends
that you haven’t seen in a while. Be-
have responsibly. Take precautions to
fortify your body. Financially there’s no
significant change. You are ready to
shed all inhibitions and take a plunge
when it comes to love. At this time,
things could get complicated.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18) Relation-
ships and money are tightly connected.

on the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018, will be held at 1000 Missouri Street, Vernonia Oregon.
The meeting will take place on May 2, 2017 at 6:00 PM
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget
Committee will take place.
An additional, separate meeting of the Budget Committee will be held to take public comment. Any person may appear at
the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. The meeting for public comment will be on:
