giveness Request – Council approved

Council Approves Grievance Pro-

(CDBG) funds concerning the procedure
to be used to file a Complaint for Alleged
Discrimination Based on Disability. The
City is accessing CDBG funds for the
development of the Senior Center/Food
Bank at the Rose Avenue Project.

LaChapelle Addresses Council Con-
cerning Sewer Issue – Terry LaChapelle
addressed the Council and explained the
ongoing issue he is having with the wa-
ter and sewer lines at his home on Bridge
Street and asked to be reimbursed $250
for expenses he incurred repairing
his yard after a water leak this spring.
Councilor Kim Tierney asked LaCha-
pelle to provide documentation of what
has happened so far so the City can try
to help him.
Digital Sign Project Presented – Tim
Anderson updated the Council on the
project he is spearheading to install a
6’x4’ digital information sign/reader
board at Spencer Park that would be
shared by the School District, VRFPD,
and the City. Anderson said the cost
would be about $25,000.
