One of Vernonia’s favorite shops has reopened in a quaint, new
location.
Made In Vernonia celebrated its Grand Opening on July 30 at
842 Madison Avenue. Made In Vernonia’s owner, Kathy Larsen recently
purchased the cottage and has been doing some minor renovations during the
last few months.

The shop, formerly located at the corner of Bridge Street and
Jefferson Avenue, closed several years ago. It was a popular spot to shop for
gifts, home décor, and art work.
Made In Vernonia will once again feature handmade art and gifts in
its cozy new location, much of
it created by local artisans.
Larsen
has
been
selling her homemade world
famous, and very popular,
Sweet Potato Donuts, along
with other locally made bake
goods, from in front of the
cottage on Saturday mornings.
Made In Vernonia will
be open on Thursdays from 4:00-7:00 pm, Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00
pm and Sundays from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm. You might also try contacting
