10 schools september3 2015 PTA Installs New Playground Equipment On August 30, 2015 volunteers helped the Vernonia PTA install a second section of the play structure at the Vernonia Schools. The PTA received a big helping hand from the Vernonia Freewheelers, who showed up to assist with the project and get it ready for students to use on the first day of school. VHS 2015 Fall Sports Preview will play libero because of her tenacious defensive play and strong passing. Harral and Ely will play middle of the front line and will provide a dominating presence. Titus and Paige Smith, along with exchange student Klarka Sehnoutkova, will be the outside hitters. Defensively Paige Smith will rotate into the back line and play alongside Wolf and Sara Smith.
