our 2015 Presidential Challenge for 
Doernbecher  Children’s  Hospital. 
We  successfully  raised  $1,024.18 
for  the  Kids  Making  Miracles 
Foundation.  We  would  especially 
like  to  thank  R  &  S  Market,  John

Fund
ACCEPTANCE OF ANOTHER
AGENCY’S ENVIRONMENTAL
DETERMINATION
City of Vernonia– Wastewater
Systems Improvement Project–
93640-15
The Oregon Department of
Environmental Quality Clean Water
State Revolving fund intends to
accept the Finding of no Significant
Impact environmental determination
made by the United States
Department of Agriculture (Rural
Development) issued on May 1, 2014
for the above referenced project.
The Oregon DEQ has reviewed all
pertinent information on the above
referenced project and finds the
scope of the proposed project to be
the same; the determination made
was within the previous 5 years
and met consultation requirements
regarding other federal environmental
laws and executive orders.
The Clean Water State Revolving
Fund project file contains copies of
all documentation to support this
determination. This determination is
subject to reconsideration should any
new information become available.

documents upon which the Oregon
DEQ’s decision was based should be
