Center provides primary care services to

campus, it is accessible to all ages.
Sacagawea Health Center provides
medical services to children in Columbia
County on Mondays and Thursdays 9-4,
Tuesdays 11-6 during the school year.
St. Helens Main Office
clinical services include birth control,
women’s health exams and prenatal
care by a Certified Nurse Midwife,
immunizations, and disease testing
for the county Monday through Friday

Spencer Health and Wellness (a
School-based Health Center in Vernonia)
provides medical services to Vernonia
students Mondays and Wednesdays

Vernonia Health Center provides
primary care services to anyone Monday
through Friday 8-4:30.

for uninsured/underinsured individuals.

the Dow’s received a Conditional Use permit in 2007 which would allow them to
develop the property for the uses they wanted. Day stated that the Dow’s believed that
Conditional Use permit remained in effect as long as the building stayed standing,
but that the City had told them the Conditional Use permit had expired when they
tried to sell the building. Day said the Dow’s would not apply for any other zoning
change if their application to change it to General Commercial was denied. He
said instead, the Dow’s would likely demolish the building and construct residential
units on the parcel. The point of the General Commercial zone designation, he said,
was to provide any buyer with some certainty of what they could develop on the
property.
