Preparedness Committee-  With  the 
approval  of  the  Council,  Mayor  Josette 
Mitchell  appointed  Donald  Rose  to  the 
Emergency  Preparedness  Committee.  
Rose  is  the  Engineer  and  Operations 
Manager  at  WOEC  and  lives  in 
Troutdale.

guide  parks  development,  help  develop 
budgets  and  priorities  for  projects, 
assist  in  future  grant  applications,  and 
establishes  goals  and  objectives  for 
properties  within  the  Vernonia  park 
system.
