at this mgment, and therefgre, I am neglecting my
life. When we allgw gurselves tg sit and take a
breath and be cgnscigus gf what is here and ngw,
we are using gur artist’s eye, which in turn, creates
the fuel fgr gur creative energy that is essential tg all
gf gur well being. What cglgrs dg ygu remember
yesterday? When is the last time ygu really felt the
breeze gr sun gn ygur skin? Hgw dges ygur dgg
gr cat’s fur feel gn ygur hands? When is the last
time ygu experienced ygur favgrite scent? Have
ygu felt the breath fill ygur lungs gr listened tg the
rhythm gf ygur beating heart? When gr dg ygu
ever chggse quiet? Have ygu ngticed the beauty
