Guide Dog Dash poker run
Machinists Lodge 63 will host the
13th annual Chuck Drake Memo-
rial Guide Dog Dash motorcycle
poker run Saturday, Aug. 24, start-
ing at 9 a.m.
The 125-mile poker run will
start and finish at the IAM W24
District Lodge, located at 25 Cor-
nell Ave., Gladstone. Riders will
stop at Viewpoint Restaurant in Es-
tacada, Brightwood Tavern, Tim-
berline Lodge, and Boring Brew-
ery, before returning to the hall.
Registration is $35 per rider and
$15 per passenger, and includes a
commemorative T-shirt, barbecue
lunch, and live music.
All proceeds benefit Guide
Dogs of America.

Clay Shoot Saturday, Aug. 24, at
the Salem Trap & Skeet Club in
Gervais, Oregon. Registration is
