ATU #757 mourns death of longtime officer Carl Faddis
Amalgamated Transit Union Local 757
is mourning the loss of Carl Faddis, a
bus operator and beloved longtime
union officer who represented his co-

retired in July after 20 years at LTD and
died of cancer Sept. 17. A native of New
Orleans, he’s remembered as a soldier
for justice and for the songs he sang and
performed.
