City Manager Warner
advised Council that he
was working on putting to-
gether the information they
had requested regarding
marijuana revenues, but he
was still trying to get more
solid information.
He brought up the prop-
erty maintenance ordi-
nance again saying he felt
that this was an important
ordinance but acknowl-
edged the intent of the
ordinance was crucial.
He also apologized to
Council for not stepping in
at the last Council meeting
when citizen Ryc Reinks
questioned Council about
the City’s fi nancials.
He stated, “You
shouldn’t know; that’s my
job and my staff’s job to
know and then advise you
when needed. I’ll try not to
let that happen again.”
Council Comments
Councilor Nilsson again
brought up the subject of
pursuing a City Municipal
Court.
Councilor Andersen
gave another update to the
watershed issue, stating a
new letter had been drafted
and was being sent to the
Forest Service that was
more specifi c about what
the needs are.
The meeting then ad-
journed.
