Baker City’s annual Twilight Parade was held at 5 p.m. last Saturday with the Main Street Christmas tree lighting immediately following. Prizes for the parade were
warded as follows: Best in Theme; Trail Tenders / Oregon Trail Interpretive Center; Best in Lights, D&B supply / Baker City Fire Dept. in a tie; Best in Music, St.
Francis de Sales Cathedral Youth Choir. Judges this year were Bill Harvey, Kim Mosier, Chris Hawkins and the parade organizer was Mathew Koppenhaver. New
to this year’s prizes was the Board of Directors’ Choice Award, which went to the Eastern Oregon Regional Theatre. Top left: Reserve offi cers Jerry Boyd and
