He worked for John Vannoy in Nevada for many years On August 20, 1960 he married Barbara Louise Brott in Carson City, Nevada. He enjoyed wood working as a past time. He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Baker City and his family and faith were the most important things to him. Mr. Davis is survived by his wife Barbara Davis, Baker City, OR, Sons Chuck Davis from Phoe- nix, AZ, Mike Davis from John Day, OR. daughters Susan McConniel of Baker City, OR and Vicki Graves of Payson, AZ. brother, Richard Davis, Payson, AZ. They fi rst lived in Lomita, CA, move to Susanville, California in the 1950 and then back to Southern California (Torrance) In 1995 Bill and Dar- lene moved to Richland, Oregon near their young- est son, Gary and his wife Sandy. Darlene enjoyed riding in the countryside in the spring to see all the new life and the beautiful fl ow- ers. The ban also extends to fi res on ocean beaches. Said MG Devereux, OPRD Deputy Director, "An unintentional fi re in a state park would add an unnecessary burden to fi re fi ghting efforts." The state park ban doesn't apply to propane stoves and/or charcoal briquettes for cooking, but there may be local fi re restrictions that do limit them.
