Named as Stars
The Wild One Alvin Lor-
enz.
A new semester has begun
and new things are happening.
Like Cathy Clark being tied to
the flag p ole which I suppose
might be more fun than climb
ing it. Greg Fury and Al Lorenz
were late for third period one
day. The reason given they
couldn't get out of Alvin's car,
which just goes to show what
an asset door handles can be.
Mr. Lewis appeared after
vacation in some real passion
ate clothes he had received
for Christmas. There was
shirt which was pink, and
matching bow tie and socks
of pink and black. They were
modeled gracefully in gener-
al assembly with a blue slut.
If any of you missed the sen
sation ask Tom Swift to show
you his clever sketch.
There's a man in Donna Dun

Lots of girls get teased about
knowing nothing of cars but
what a change when two boys
(namely) Bob Williams and Bill
Workman have to go through so
much straining and struggling
just to find that a little jeep is
only out of gas.
There was once a drag race
between two 55 cars. Don't be
surprised if you see Larry
Kerr and Jim Busch blushing.

Go to the fountain for a

Car of the Month
By Jim Hall
Almost everyone enjoys see
ing an early model car in good
shape, and the owner of this
months car is Dick Trites, who
owns a very clean, very sharp
1936 three window coupe.
Dick recently purchased this
little jewel from Jim Busch
Ford Sales. After receiving his
receipt, he immediately rushei
the Ford to his back yard,
where a set of lowering shack
les were installed.
Car in 'Mint' Shape
Other than the push button
starter assemble, push pull
light system and a few wrinkles
in the fenders, the little Ford is
'mint' condition.
The inside upholstery is in
immaculate shape, with no
tears or rips anywhere. Anoth
er point which shows this car's
condition is the speedometer
which shows only 70,000 miles
of actual miles of travel. This
indicates only slightly over 3,
500 miles per year.
Has Original Color
Dick's car is painted blue
which is also the original color.
The bid light wire system was
fouled up, so he has his starter
button and headlight switch on
tne dashboard.
Later, Dick intends to have
some mild changes in the style
and operation.
If we were to evaluate this
litle bomb, we could only say,
"It's the most."
