This club is backed by the state police and all cars have to be checked and be at least "almost" legal! Since the beginning of this school year, Johnny has put three new motors in the car they were new to the car, any way. He didn't have too much luck with the first two, though. He has also added five white walls, that Continental. The six inch shackles have been there since he first got the car. but the two sandbags in the trunk have been added. He is especial- I ly proud of the grill panels on front. Many girls now have either a horse tail or poodle cut hair-do. But orre thing is certain they can't have both! Some believe the horsetail is less expensive, for a girl with a poodle cut must have her hair cut every few months or it is no longer a poodle cut. For a horse tail, the longer the hair the bet ter will be the horse tail. Colette Perrine, Jessie Mackie, Nancy Overand and Nancy Graber are some of the AHS girls often seen with horse tails. Doris Mackie, Phyllis NichoU;. Barbara Sweeney and Judy Ward have, or have had, poodle cuts. Have you noticed the cute clothes several of the kids have been wearing since the coming of spring weather? Be sure and notice Carol Sullivan's beauti ful white shorty coat, Verlene Decker's yellow blouse with the big sleeves, Wilna Calhoun's sleeveless blouses, and Virginia Shirley's gray pique dress. Speaking of blouses, Judy Ward wore a beautiful thin, white nylon long-sleeved blouse the Monday after Easter. Another cute bit of spring fashion is Judy Briggs' crinoline petticoat. Col lette Perrine has a cute pair of orange shoes, and Vida Childers has pink sandals with nail pol ish to match. Speaking of shoes, you probably have already I noticed Benny Fowler s brown ; and white Mcldles. Speaking of boys clothes, Johnny Wenker has a very nice-looking char treuse shirt.
