Decorations and the program were based on the theme of Washington's Birthday. Mina ture cherry trees with candied cherries hanging from the limbs decorated the tables; blue top bats held nuts; white hatchets and cherries served as place cards. Other committees ON WASHINGTON'S Birth day, the Student Body enjoyed interesting program the first period in the morning, after which, Bchol was dismissed for the day. The program Included several numbers by the band. two readings by Rachel Forsythe, two violin solos by little Harla- lee Wilson and an inspirational talk by the Rev. Mr. McClure. The program was concluded with the singing of "loyally."
