Page Four Tliurw4lu)', February II. lttttt!. A. H. S. TO WIN REMAINING TILT FOR COPCO CUP (Continued from Page 1) Keller's tumbling exhibition has caused many an opponent to be lieve him to be made of rubber. Page and Becot are taking on the assurance of veterans and hare proved themselves a credit to Ashland. Page has run Howell a close second in scoring in sev eral games. Becot has shown hinuielf to be a fighter and afraid of no man attempting to gain possession of the ball. He deserves better support from his team -ma tea. Darling and Gearhart have learned that there are four other Ashland players and are begin ning to cooperate. Darling is a fiKhter, although often a bit rough. Gearhart was ineligible last week but will be in a suit at Klamath. He is only In fair shape, which was the probable cause of his ' being put out on fouls in two games recently. Even spectators at games com ment on his obvious lack of form, due to his not having kept train ing. As soon as he forgets him self and falls into step he will become more valuable to the team. Sneed and Durham saw ser vice In last week's game. Dur ham put up a good game and took on the tallest man of the evening's quintet. Sneed, though a bit slow in basketball, has the same spirit and fight which he showed on the gridiorn. Heads has not yet returned to practice and when questioned j spoke about bonds and big busi-1 ness. Dunham is recovering from a bad attack of flu. and it is still uncertain whether he will he hack. We hope to see him in a suit again soon, as he is a val uable man. The teams are more evenly matched than .previous scores indicated.
