I Mutterings
A Klamath man was heard
telling Ashland people contempu
ously that their team not only
didn't have a chance to win the
game, but played poor if not
worse football.
Then he told a former Ashland
man who worked in his store,
that because of the fact that red
and white are the colors of both
schools, he didn't realize which
team was which until the half!
He had been backing the Ashland
team heartily.

Due to a wrenched back Mr.

orchestra, was not able to attend
orchestra practice Monday, Oc

to be at band practice Tuesday.
The band was furnished en

while the orchestra wag given
new music Thursday. Most of this
music is of the popular selections
and will perhaps make the Ash
land High School band and or
chestra better known throughout
Southern Oregon.
