THE 50-YEAR-OLD MAN WAS BOOKED INTO THE MULT- NOMAH COUNTY JAIL ON CHARGES OF ASSAULT IN THE FOURTH DEGREE AND INTIMIDATION IN THE FIRST DEGREE.
