There are several tremendous mistakes in this article that I would appreciate you publicly correcting (online and in print next issue) for Just Out readers. In addition, I would greatly ap preciate a public apology from your writer [Ryan Prado] to our team for misrepre senting this situation. Please allow me to offer the following corrections to your article: 1. Myself, William [Smith], Andrea [Cooper] and Faith [Watkins] worked seasonally as Independent Contractors for [Portland’s Gay and Lesbian Yellow Pages]. This ar ticle notes myself as an “ex-employee” and refers to me “working for” PGLYP. I N EV E R was “employed” by Scott Montes/Saint Nolan’s Publishing, nor were any other past Account Representatives at the PGLYP. Several notes o f “working for” and “being employed by” PG LY P are referenced in this article, which I would appreciate cor rection to Ju st Out readers. As Independent Contractors, working relationships with clients belong [to] the Contractor (N O T the publication). 2. This article states that I contracted work to PG LY P via my agency, Perry Star LET US KNOW! 2010 elections are just around the corner.
