Cascade AIDS Project (CAP) seeks a Gay/Bi Men's
Wellness Coordinator to lead our efforts to
prevent HIV infection in gay/bi men at risk in the
Portland metro area Core responsibilities are: plan,
implement and evaluate individual and group outreach
and interventions: develop and maintain strong,
collaborative relationships with community
stakeholders; continually research best practices and
successful public health interventions; recruit, train and
manage program volunteers; develop effective
educational materials; promote and market programs;
supervise outreach staff. Requirements; bachelors
degree in related field; experience in community
organizing, volunteer management and staff
supervision; program development, evaluation and
management skills; strong marketing and promotion
skills; exceptional interpersonal and relationship
building skills; strong verbal and wntten communication
skills; computer proficiency. Compensation: low $40's
to start, depending on expenence; generous vacation;
401 (k) plan with employer match; employer-paid health,
dental, vision, life and disability insurance; 125 C plan.
