According to investigators, the women
had been living together in a domestic rela
tionship for several months at a home in
the 7800 block of Northeast 65th Avenue,
where Roberts still resided. Public informa
tion officer Henry Groepper said it is the
first female-on-female murder investiga
tion he can recall at the Portland Police
Bureau.
According to Larsou, it could take up to
a year before the case goes to trial. He could
not provide further information because
the investigation is ongoing.
