SENSORY PERCEPTIONS, the 3rd Annual
Portland Leshian/Gay/Bi/Trans (L/G/B/T) Film Festival,
is seeking volunteers for a variety of duties for the festi­
val that is going to be held in October of 1999. Some
duties/positions would include a Volunteer Coordinator,
selling t-shirts/posters, tearing tickets, passing exit bal-
lots/comment cards at time of festival, and distribution
of program guides in September. We are also looking for

teers to do direct service work: answer our 24-hour crisis
line, staff our emergency shelter and transitional house,
work with childrens groups, or serve on our Board of
Directors. We are also very much in need of volunteers
to do administrative and maintenance work. Our next
direct service training begins Thursday, Sept. 30. It will
be held on Monday and Thursday evenings and Saturday
mornings through Oct. 30. We will also he holding a
Women of O dor Institute after the completion of train­

record your voice greeting, your private voice box number, security code, and the date
your ad will first appear in the paper and the last day your voice box will he active.
Remember: You must record a voice greeting to pick up any responses to your ad.
All greetings are screened. Not permitted are last names, phone numbers, street or e-

— The first 40 words are free. A headline is not included. Additional
words are 50 cents per word. Headlines ol 25 or fewer characters
