A dispute involving the past
boardmembers, the publisher Renee
LaChance and the shareholders of the
parent corporation Out Media, Inc. has
arisen and a mediation session is
scheduled for Dec. 1 for those involved.
There are currently allegations of
financial improprieties by Renee
LaChance which were previously
addressed at a meeting in August 1989
and had been resolved to the satisfaction
of the shareholders at that time.
