The Arcadia Bodybuilding Society presents
the National Gay and Lesbian Bodybuilding
Championships at the Palace of Fine Arts, San
Francisco. Following the show a dance
featuring video replays of the evening's
competitions allows audience to mingle with
the competitors. Competition categories
include men and women, bantamweight
through heavyweight, master and elite
classes for bodybuilders 40-50, 50-60 and up,
and same-sex pairs. Proceeds go to the Gay

A conference on Economic Equity for

The Portland Gay Men's Chorus and the New
York City Gay Men's Chorus present a joint
concert of classical and popular music:
Mendelssohn, Tchaikovsky, Sondheim and Duke
Ellington. The choruses will sing both separately
and together for a total of 180 voices, and with a
brass ensemble. This is the last performance of
the 9th season of the PGMC and the first Portland
appearanceof the NYCGMC. Interpretation for
